Zane's Cranidos
Zane's Cranidos is the second wild Pokémon that Zane has caught during his Pokémon Journey. Their first meeting was violent and resulted in a major battle.
Background[]
Zane's Cranidos was, before being caught, a bully that expelled a pack of baby Cyndaquil off of a large rock known as Baker's Point. Zane used his Oshawott and Axew to fight Cranidos, but they were both defeated. Only by the miracle of a more mature Cyndaquil coming to his rescue did Zane manage to capture Cranidos.

Evolution (Rampardos)[]
Zane's Rampardos
Zane's Cranidos evolved after protecting Zane from an arm that belonged to a machine of Team Amber's creation. The intense desire to protect Zane from harm led Cranidos to evolve, giving it the extra strength needed to easily combat the capture machine.
